Accessible from train station. Staff helpful and kind. Very good access code eliminates need for a room card.

The staff was very nice and so was the room. The bed and pillow were however a bit too hard for my taste and the location was a bit more remote from most of the attractions I wanted to visit, though it was very close to a metro station. Overall worth it if you don't mind using public transit to move around the city (of yokohama), if you are planning on using this as your stay while visiting tokyo, prepare to spend a good 40 minute to travel between the hotel and tokyo.

The room was expansive and comfortable with all facilities we desired readily available. The mirror lighting was a a wonderful surprise and the shower facilities were delightful!

Nicely located as it is a few minutes walk from Kita shin Yokohama stn.
