Proximity to cruise terminal made the Hotel New Grand an ideal choice. We booked a Superior Floor Bayfront Corner Double Room in the Tower Building and we were not disappointed. The room was excellent and the view of the gardens and harbour were stunning. The staff are very welcoming and the service is of a very high standard.

Exceptional staff, so friendly and helpful. Unbeatable location, we looked over the harbour, gorgeous park and literally around the corner from China Town. The rooms were fantastic, so much bigger and more luxurious than our room in Shinjuku. We are staying here again after our cruise, can't wait!!
