Friendly and helpful staff. Staff were understanding when our allocated room was not suitable for my wife's mobility problems and changed our room to a more accessible room without any problems. Good eating options close to hotel.

Good rooms, staff speak english, complimentary food and drink at check in. Laundry. close to international port. Restaurants etc, fairly close to train stations.
