The location was perfect! It was within walking distance of the cruise terminal and the train station is next door. It is also walking distance to tourist attractions, like China town. The room was reasonable sized, clean and had everything you need.

The property was very well located, near to a main train line and several convenience stores. It was also easy to walk to other areas of Yokohama. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. They handled luggage transfer for us and communicated very well with me by email prior to our visit, when I had a couple of questions.

What a fabulous hotel. I would highly recommend Citadines Harbor Front Yokohama. The staff were so friendly, helpful and readily available for any questions or requests. On arrival, we were upgraded to a beautiful room with a view over the harbor. The room was sparkling clean, comfortable bed and more than enough room for my husband and I and our two large suitcases. If you're heading off on a cruise, the location couldn't be more perfect. We easily wheeled our suitcases to the port. Took us less than 10 mins. I would definitely choose this hotel again should we return.
