The fine print
Public bath and Sauna are available for male guests. The box shower is available for female guests.
You can use the same capsule unit and locker during your stay, but the capsule unit is not available from 11:00 to 15:00 due to cleaning reasons. During this time, please do not leave any luggage in the unit. Also, please note that even guests staying consecutive nights cannot use the entire area of the building, including the lounge area on the 1st floor, from 11:00 to 12:00.

The capsules were actually very comfortable so you will get a good night's rest. It's also located not too far from Yokohama station. Everything was clean.

The capsules were quite large and bright. It was easy for me to stretch out and read (I am 5 foot 7 inches tall). I liked having so many charging options in the pod so I could charge my devices for my next travel day.

The bathhouse was really great. Also the shared common room was nice. The central front desk with permanent occupation also functioned as a good security checkpoint as you leave your keys every time you leave the building. Between 11h and 15h everyone needs to vacate the pods and bathhouse for general cleaning so the place is always clean. You get a bag with amenities for your stay (towel, piyama's...) which you return every morning. If you stay more days a new bag will be waiting in your personal locker.

Really clean and secure. Beds are changed daily and new pyjamas/towels are provided. Showers were clean and the getting ready space was large. They also have a luggage storage room.
