really loved that the staff are all so welcoming and puts in effort to get to know you and ask you about your day, it really felt so homely. the whole environment was lovely, and i appreciated that there were many spots to chill around. the breakfast is reallyyyy amazing, and the laundry service saved me so much trouble. the room was really quite comfortable and it felt quite clean!

What really made Snooze was the friendly and hospitable staff - it was just like coming home. The location is excellent, close to major Museums and mouth watering restaurants. The staff have created a lovely green space in the heart of Yogyakarta. I would come back in a heartbeat.

Everything was perfect! We usually go for private bathrooms but we were so glad we stayed here and would stay again every time! The bathrooms were always clean and very close to the rooms. The room itself was clean and comfortable, the staff so lovely and helpful before and during our stay! The breakfast was delicious and there was even the option to have it packed if leaving early, and the kitchen facilities were great and clean.
