1. super friendly staff 2. the room is spacious and clean 3. there are some free snacks in the guest room 4. there is souvenir for us when we check out (key chain) 5. The hotel provides a card to activate the electricity without the need to use the room key, allowing the room key to remain in the bag

We really liked our stay at PULANG ke UTTARA. The view from the rooftop and the room was amazing, When the sky is clear you can see the Merapi. The room was comfortable and clean, the breakfast amazing. The staff from the reception, Septic from the breakfast area, as well as the staff in the bar were very nice and super helpful. There was a 24h service via WhatsApp and it worked perfectly. The hotel is 20-30 min drive away from the city center, but the area offers some restaurants which is convenient. We can definitely recommend staying there for your visit in Yogja :)
