This apartment is very nice, comfortable and well decorated. It has a large balcony where you can seat, have a drink and enjoy the views of Erevan. It is located in the city center but on the same time, the street is quite quiet. It is also equipped with all needed stuff and furniture . Finally, the owner is very reactive and will help you for any kind of assistance. I really recommend this apartment which can accomodate 1 or 2 persons.

Location is excellent, there is balcony with the street view and the street is green. The apartment is very clean, roomy, warm and comfortable. The kitchen is very nice and has everything you need. The bed is great. We check-in ourselves easily with very clear instructions. Big thanks for the host!
