Good location close to Metro Station ,Airport bus and city centre. Kept clean and run by friendly staff. Breakfast was adequate and kitchen has enough utensils and pans to cook a meal.

Good relationship quality price. Friendly and approachable staff. Free breakfast, tea and coffee. Clean place. Beautiful view of Ararat mountain from the room. Excellent location. Walkable distance from the main attractions.

Host family are so friendly, good price with breakfast and you can use washing machine for free, they also let me checkin early, i can leave the bag after check out
