We liked everything about this hotel especially the location. It's the best, right behind Republic Square. We walked to all major attractions such as Cascade Complex, Vernissage Market, Saint Gregory Church, North Avenue, Yerevan opera house and many more. Our room was big, comfortable and clean. The staff was friendly and overall our stay was wonderful at this hotel. Highly recommended!

Anna at reception was kind and welcoming. We were upgraded which was wonderful. Everything was clean and we really loved the fact that there was a water gun in the bathroom. Our special requests were honoured which enhanced our stay. We didn't eat any food but we ordered coffee which was pricey but excellent in taste and size

The hotel is located in the center walking distance from the Square of Republic and other sightseeings. The room was spacious, the bed comfortable. The people on the reception kind & helpful.

1. Great location The hotel is right at the Public Square, which makes it very convenient for sightseeing. There are lots of restaurants and shops nearby, and most landmarks are within walking distance. It’s a great place to stay if you like walking around the city. The square is especially nice in the evening with all the lights. Despite the central location, the hotel is very quiet, which was important for me as a light sleeper. 2. Friendly and helpful staff All the staff we met were friendly and helpful, including reception, restaurant staff, and those helping with luggage and airport transport. We asked the hotel to arrange some day tours, and everything was well organized, so we didn’t need to worry about coordination. Booking through the hotel was more expensive than street tours, but it felt more reliable. Special thanks to Anna and Meri at the reception for helping us book tours, check restaurant availability, and make calls to confirm holiday opening hours. We had a small issue with the heating in our room, and it was fixed quickly after we reported it. A nice small detail was that the lady at breakfast remembered how I like my fried eggs. 3. Breakfast Breakfast was decent, with freshly cooked food. We stayed over New Year’s Eve and were pleasantly surprised to see a whole turkey served on New Year’s Day, which was a nice touch. 4. Room The room was clean, with good size and the large sofa gave extra space for sitting and for our things.
