The apartment was clean and very warm, which was especially important during winter. The staff replied quickly and helped me check in without any problems, even though it was already late in the evening. Overall, everything went smoothly and the stay was comfortable.

It was very convenient for our family. The unit was very clean and very well maintained. The location was very ideal, we could just walk everywhere. The manager was very approachable and responses very fast. At night, we could just leave the window open for air, it was very quiet even though the location is near restaurants and other establishments. I love that we can cook since our kids are picky eaters. The kitchen has everything you'll need, from the plates, utensils, microwave, oven, stove, fridge, etc. Aside from the park in front of the building, there was a small playground just outside where the kids can play. Our kids loved our stays at this apartment and if or when we comeback to Armenia, we will choose to stay at this apartment again. ❤️❤️❤️
