Good apartments, everything you need for a tourist, your own kitchen with dishes, your own shower and toilet., air conditioning and heating batteries. Large room with a good bed. The yard is cozy with grapes, a barbecue area and a Bakhchisarai fountain. From the stairs, you can see Mount Ararat. There is a washing machine and an iron. The staff is friendly and always makes sure that the yard and the rooms are clean and comfortable. There is Wi-Fi. The metro station is nearby, and it takes 15 minutes to walk to the historical center. One small minus is the outdated TV model with a few local channels. You need a modern TV with internet access and YouTube. In terms of price and quality, we give it a 10.
