The apartment is very well located and very well equipped - we were using the kitchen a lot. There's a very nice terrace to relax in the evening. The subway station is 5 mins walking distance, the downtown - 15 mins walk. Overall, the apartment is very cozy, clean and nice, it has a feeling of home about it. Everything was working flawlessly and taken care of. Communication with the host was super-quick and trouble-free.

The apartment was spacious and lovely. Wonderful view of the mount Ararat from the living room. Located 15/20 mins walking to the city centre but just 5 mins to the metro. Towels provided. Supermarket just down the road. The owner was very helpful and responding to my questions. Good WiFi connection.

The view from the window was wonderful, and everything about our stay was truly great. The apartment is very spacious, just as described, with separate bedrooms and everything we needed for a comfortable stay — including a washing machine, a dishwasher, and more than enough dishes and kitchenware. Our host was incredibly kind and helpful, always ready to assist with anything we needed, yet she never disturbed us unnecessarily. We had a fantastic experience and would gladly stay here again.

The apartment is situated in a quiet bit central area. 15 mins to Republic Square. There is a metro really close by and you can take the metro to Republica square in 5 minutes. The apartment is huge with a beautiful balcony. Very quiet and bed comfortable. Owner was very kind and let me check out late
