Best described as a homestay. You get a room in the apartment and share bathroom with the lovely owner Varsenikjan and her son Edgar. Simple breakfast provided but best is the chatting and learning about life in Armenia. Close to metro or downhill walk to the city. Great views.

The hosts were amazing, they gave me a useful tips on where to go in the city and they were extremely accommodating. The breakfast was great and filling, and they always offered me tea or coffee in the evening. Most importantly, they were very kind hearted and eager to talk about foreign cultures and get to know their hosts, while giving me the opportunity to learn more about Armenia.
