+ very welcome host + good looking room with all the necessary options + nice view from balcony + quiet environment, water flow sound outside + nice kitchen and outside zone + close to metro station and not far from center

It's a family-run guest house. The host is super nice. The breakfast is on request and they made different dishes each day. They helped us to reserve the bus tickets to Tbilisi and made sure we got on the bus.

Gorgeous little place, incredibly friendly owners and super clean. Really great value for money. Free tea and coffee which was lovely. Comfy beds and lots of space in the room. Really recommend.
