Friendly owners and very much a safe haven. Close to metro. Because the room was very dark when the lights were out I had the best sleep!

Comfy, convenient and quiet suite in downtown Yerevan at a great price. Not what I expected but worked out very well for us for three nights. There was confusion about the reservation altho' we arrived at the predicted and 'normal' time of 17:30, and had digital and paper evidence of our long-standing booking. The exterior 'courtyard garden' was a bit shambolic but the suite itself was perfect - small kitchenette, large bed with bedside tables and lamps, breakfast table, good if tiny shower. A sink with a stopper, so I could wash a sweater! Safe and convenient parking. Five minute walk to a Carrefour. Owners were pleasant and hospitable - eventually.

We loved our stay. The apartment is spacious, clean, has everything and it’s walking distance to the main attractions. The owner is very kind and helpful. I definitely recommend this accommodation and would come back again. Thank you.

Great location walking distance from city center. Super friendly host. Enclosed yard, very cozy. Dishes, microwave, fridge. A mall nearby. Overall, great!
