The Location an the common room were great. The single bedroom was small but enough to stay. Breakfast was also good.

A place with hostel vibes and price but a lot of (small) single rooms. The room is very small but comfortable enough also for long staying (in total I spent here 9 days after booking for just 3). No queue in the common bathroom. Big common area perfect to work with the laptop and also to meet and share with the other people. Good and complete breakfast, quickly served. Nice bakery at the other side of the street. Free laundry service in 24 hours. Great staff, and with the reception open 24 hours the structure is very safe.
