The hotel is small and elegant. The rooms are a good size. The hotel was very clean, and the location is excellent, with many cafés and restaurants nearby. The staff at the reception were very polite, especially the blonde girl on the night shift—I don’t remember her name—who did everything she could to resolve a misunderstanding regarding the early check-in and late check-out of one of our rooms. Everyone at the reception was very polite and ready to help.

Great hotel in a great location. Super clean and comfortable room with so many little extras. Breakfast was good with something for all tastes. And finally what wonderful, helpful and friendly staff always will to give helpful information. Will definitely stay again in the future, thank you for making our holiday so special.

The Nova Hotel was a very pleasant surprise. Ideally located in the city center, within walking distance of numerous restaurants and shops, yet situated in a quiet area, the hotel offers elegant, modern, and impeccably clean rooms. Housekeeping is carried out daily, with toiletries replenished and complimentary water provided. The staff is courteous and consistently available, and the overall layout and spaces are well designed and comfortable. I had a very positive experience and would highly recommend this hotel.
