Very cozy and welcoming. Typical Armenian open-heartiness Unbelievable size of the room with 3 floors, sauna (paid separately 5000 dr), cold baths and a swimming pool. Good price for such a set of facilities and space

Administrator was very very kind and helpful. As we booked the room with shared bathroom, she offered other rooms or washing possibilities. The room with shared bathroom was clean, had a sink, tv, window/door that could be opened. Good and quick connection with the center- metro, bus, taxi. Market is very near. We spent there 3 nights and it was ok.

very kind staff and manager, I checked in late at night and had no problems with that. The hotel is located 10 minutes walk from the railway station, which is also very convenient. The hotel has seating areas. Overall, this place has a nice atmosphere and great staff.
