1. The location, walking distance to most of Yerevan's attractions.. 2. A lot of restaurants and shops are around us. 3. The bathroom have shataf.

Large comfy quiet room. Good wifi. Staff were helpful and friendly and spoke English. Great central location. Swimming pool big enough to swim in.

Highly recommended! I had a fantastic stay. The welcome was perfect, and the staff were incredibly kind and warm. A special thank you to Arev for the smooth check-in and check-out, and to the porters for their helpfulness. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. The Armenian-style breakfast was delicious – just the way we like it! The pool, sauna, and hammam are open all night, which is a great bonus. The hotel is also perfectly located – you can easily walk to the city center. Huge thanks to all the staff members for making the stay so pleasant. Hope to come back soon!
