Very favorable location right in the city center, all the points of interest in walking distance while at the same time only 20 minutes from the airport by car. Transfer perfectly organized, very warm welcome even at 4am! Spacious, well-equipped and quiet room offering a great view through panoramic windows (free upgrade), cleaned and towels changed daily, free water/coffee/tea in the room, very comfortable bed, nice breakfast! Really outstanding hotel staff, always so eager to help, competent, appreciative and exceptionally friendly at any time of the day (special thanks to you, Elina!), personal treatment, very attentive - I’m in love! Merci beaucoup, shnorhakalutyun!

The place, the staff were great, everyone spoke good Russian language. The room was spacious and clean.
