it was a great experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and always ready to help with anything I needed. The bed was very comfortable, and the room was clean and cozy—perfect after a long day of exploring the city. The location was also ideal, close to many restaurants, cafes, and attractions, which made it super convenient to get around. I especially appreciated the warm hospitality and welcoming atmosphere throughout my stay.

The room was large. Everything was in place. Food is fabulous. The location is great. The problem is with staff. Apart from the receptionists, no one knows English. I gave a couple of things for washing, and the housekeeping either misplaced or threw them. I asked for my room to be cleaned. I came back after a busy day and found my bed undone, room unkempt, etc. The receptionist did get housekeeping to do the room after i complained. Although it was 22 degrees in the daytime, the air-conditioning was off. Nights were comfortable if you opened the windows. But once you opened the windows,it became noisy. Cars honk all night,people shout. It is difficult to get sound sleep.

The hotel feels like a palace. I chose an economy room that required me to walk quite a bit, but it was still a very large room with all the amenities I expected. The location is decent for walking to the city center (I did not manage to figure out how the public transport works). I had to work on the day I was leaving and they were kind and allowed me to stay in the lobby as long as I needed it. Overall, great value for the money.
