The distance from the city centre was superb, just 5 minutes walk. The staff was very nice, 2 lady receptionists spoke Russian and provided home made breakfast and tried to accommodate all our requests. The reception was open 24/7. The room was clean and overall it was good value for money, if you want to explore Yerevan on your own and be close to the pulsing day and night life of this city. A tip - in tree street next to the hotel is the best lavash place, a street window - freshly baked right in front of you.

We stayed here for one night and everything was great. We booked a transfer — the driver waited for us even though our flight was really delayed, which we appreciated. Check-in was quick, and the room looked exactly like in the photos. The bed was comfy, the pillows were nice, and the room was clean. Communication with the staff was smooth as well. The location is super convenient: in the morning you can go straight to the city center and see all the main sights, and there are lots of cafés and restaurants around. Honestly, no downsides — everything was perfect. Highly recommend!

The room was clean and had all the basic toiletries provided. • The staff were very kind and helpful — when I asked to change the room because the first one was right by the entrance, they switched me to another one without any problem. • The location is good.
