The apartment is extremely clean. The bed is comfortable. The kitchen is fully equipped. The host, Ashot, is a very kind and welcoming person. Such a great place in Yerevan !

Owner did a very good preparation and greetings. He even went together to supermarket on the day we arrived and came back together to make sure that we do not get lost. He does not live nearby. On the day of departure, he came out with us again to guide us to take a taxi to the airport. Worm hearted welcome and hospitality. The best combination of apartment and greetings.
