The property that we booked was still under restoration but the owner offered us to stay in an alternative property that was located not far from the original apartment on Aram str. 70. This apartment was exceptionally clean, fully equipped , with everything you might in the kitchen and more. All beds- double bed in master bedroom as well as both single beds - were very comfortable. Other furniture was clean and functional. Baby cot requested was provided and was brand new with linen. We found all electrical appliances we needed: hair drier, electrical kettle, TV. Elevator was big enough for the stroller. And overall accessibility with the stroller was good. The location was perfect to walk in the city and to stay with the child: a pedestrian area with playgrounds for children right in front of the entrance. One remark: there was an issue with the boiler but the host made everything possible to fix it as soon as possible.
