Apartment is located in the centrum, so walking distance from everywhere. It is well equipped (washing machine, ironing board etc) , it is on 13th floor - with balcony and incredible view over all Yerevan. Communication with host6s was very easy. There is coffee and there were some cookies as well (very helpful as I have arrived very late at night so it was nice to have something to grab with coffee in the morning)

Waking up to this view was incredible. We got everything we needed, the communication with the owner was great and we didn't have any issues. The location is very convenient. We'll come back for sure 😊

Everything was amazing! It's better than a hotel room. Clean,cozy, and spacious. The owners were very kind and communicative. Also the views were just spectacular! The apartment has all the necessary things.I totally recommend it, and if we come back to armenia for sure we will book the stay on this apartment. Thank you Grish and Yelena 🤗
