One of my favourite places to stay in Yerevan and in general. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the staff is very friendly and helpful, the breakfast is delicious. I stayed in JR's House for the third time and am definitely coming back :) thank you!

Absolutely advise. Comfortable, clean, spacious, bathroom/toilets always in order, very friendly people around, large and cozy courtyard. For such service the price could have been higher.
