Great host! He always answered our questions - and was always there for us! Great location - right next to Northern Avenue and a supermarket. Many sights are within walking distance. Also many restaurants in the neighbourhood. Very large flat located on the 9th floor with a beautiful view and lift. Everything was also provided - from ironing board, clothes horse, broom, hairdryer etc. I hope we come back to Yerevan next year and then definitely the flat again! Just for the information for other guests: we had to transfer a part of the fee at the beginning, we had doubts at the beginning, but these are groundless. Sharvash is a great guy and in the end even gave us back the few drams that were too much.
