What I liked most of all is location, close to the city center, markets and lots of local eaterers,are cafes. Also a huge plus is own backyard with a terrace. Hostel is pretty new, kitchen is very basic, washing machine in place. Very helpful owner, who lives nearby .The only possible drawback for the hottest month could be a lack of air-conditioning , July and August could be very hot in Erevan, but for the beginning of June it was cool in the room. Mattresses are quite basic, shower is ok, good pressure. All together it was very nice experience, I would definitely stay there again. Giving it 10 stars!!
