Host communicative, response quickly. The room is modern and comfortable, with mini fridge and water boiler. Location close to Ararat museum and Yerevan history museum, on the same street there are two supermarkets, bakeries and cafe.

Nice clean and modern room and bathroom. In walking distance of the city center. There is a watercooker and there are some plates for making breakfast. Good beds.
