If you are tall or claustrophobic do not book room 3 - the ceilings are low ,the room is small and there is no window. Nevertheless the place has a certain quirky charm and I enjoyed staying here. The hostess was pleasant and the room was clean and catered to all my needs .It is difficult to find without precise directions (which did eventually arrive) as no-one in the area is aware of its existence . The mattress was extremely uncomfortable and I kept hitting my head on the reinforcement strut which runs through the room and into the bathroom.

I felt really grateful about choosing this place !!! I have booked so many hotels in m yerevan but among all of them i had best welcome from here,the owner is awesome !!no words to mean how much she care about our stay in this day,she is the most friendliest owner that i ever seen !!im highly recommend this place..good luck!!

Most things were good, just a little far from public transportation

The communication and the Lady who provided the keys was very professional. Relatively easy to find a parking place close by. No windows. In general, it is ok, but from time to time there are bad smelling coming from the bathroom. It probably depends on the winds direction outside, while they relay only to the ventilation (pipe) system for circulating the air.
