Lovely place. Nice and warm. Good breakfast. Appreciated the sauna since it was snowing! Best part was the nice and friendly staff at reception. Thank you to Kevork and Amalya for making me feel so welcome and for giving me lots of useful advice since I’d just arrived in Armenia. Recommend.

Absolutely amazing hotel and staff. Clean room, good breakfast, excellent service. Girls on reception were absolutely lovely and super helpful. Swimming pool, spa and massage were great - sad that I did not have enough time to enjoy it more.

The hotel is not among the cheap in Yerevan, but it is worth it. The room is very comfortable, the staff exceptional, and even if it was New Years Eve, I didn't hear anything from the party.

Very good Service, The only happy people i found in Armenia. Very prettry view from the 9th floor. Good breakfast. Little bit out of the center we sure needed a taxi because we couldn't walk in the cold weather but it is an amazing place, very clean and has anything you need any hour you need it.

The best thing about this hotel is staff who promptly handled our numerous requests: from booking guide tours to airport transfers and many more. The hotel has a good location, within a walking distance from major city landmarks. We loved the pool area and the spa. The restaurant on the 9th floor serves good food, and if you're lucky with the weather it also features stunning Ararat views.

Comfortable room with an excellent bed,very comfortable ,sauna and pool are well managed,very pleasant atmosphere and they even have live music, tasty breakfast.
