The hotel is managed by a few ladies who are doing a great job keeping it clean, providing a great level of comfort and are extremely helpful to provide us recommendations around the city and even spoke to our Yandex driver to arrange our pickup for the airport. Breakfast is cooked by them every morning and has a nice variety, and it really reminded of home. Thank you for the great stay! Location is also great!

This hotel surprised me with how nice it was. The staff were willing to hold my luggage and give me breakfast when I arrived early from the train and my room was not ready. The room and bathroom were very nice. I also thought the location was great, close enough for walking everywhere, but not nearby any noisy cars or restaurants.

The receptionists were excellent, friendly and very helpful! Location also great, right in the centre of Yerevan. Very good value for money!

Amazingly delicious food, home made by Armine and Maria, thank you very much ladies!!! very clean, cozy, comfortable bed, good pillows. I felt at home, will definitely return to your hotel when I go to Yerevan again! Highly recommended!
