We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights, on our first visit to Yerevan. The location is fantastic, right in the centre of town and yet sufficiently quiet opposite a small park, and within walking distance to most tourist attractions. Also, numerous good restaurants are close by, as is a well-stocked supermarket just next door. The room was fine, clean, sufficiently sized and giving a spacious feeling. The balcony is a nice addition. The bathroom is well equipped, with a large shower. Breakfast is very good indeed. At first glance, it may look limited, as there is no buffet and “only” 4 breakfast options to choose from, but all of them are tasty and well sized, which made us enjoy our breakfast fully. A bonus is the very helpful staff. We were attended to most days by Parsa, who took great care of being helpful and had plenty of practical information. Overall, this is a cosy small boutique hotel, fantastically located, with a very good price.

A very beautiful place to stay to. Located in the city center, so everything of interest is at walking distance. Lots of shops nearby, incuding 24/7 supermarket. The place was beautifuly decorated, very clean, spacious rooms, delicious breakfast and the staff so helpful and kind. They really helped us with a lot of information before arriving there and also recommended us a great tours agency. Special thanks to Parsa! We will for sure stay here again if we return to Yerevan.

I was looking for a comfortable place to stay and what they’ve provided exceeded my expectations. The staff is so kind and helpful and told me the best kept secrets. The breakfast was very delicious. I stayed there for a week and I think I already tried every item on the menu and they came out great!

The location is perfect. Also the hotel has good breakfast (even you can choose from the menu). This was our 3rd stay here. Highly recommend for everybody!
