The host was very friendly, helpful, and always available whenever I contacted him. He was fluent in Farsi and graciously allowed us to stay beyond the designated check-out time. The location was excellent, being close to Republic Square and North Avenue, with plenty of stores and restaurants within walking distance. The apartment is located on the 6th floor and is accessible via an elevator. Additionally, the facilities such as the electric kettle, hair dryer, iron, fridge, washing machine, and air conditioner were all in good condition. There was also a vacuum cleaner available, which we didn't use during our stay. The toiletries provided included soap, 2 small tubes of toothpaste, 2 toothbrushes, and dishwashing liquid.
