Fexap “A very well equipped house in a quiet mountain village”

The house is about 800m above sea level in a remote, small mountain village without mass tourism. It has 2 floors and has been renovated and technically brought up to date. All doors and windows are equipped with roller or folding shutters and fly blinds. The upper floor can be reached via an external staircase. It can be locked separately. There is a bedroom, a shower room and a roof terrace with a fantastic view of the wide landscape and the mountains. All rooms on the ground floor have doors to the outside area. Here is the breakfast terrace under 2 trees (orange+lemon) and the pool with plenty of loungers and parasols. To the side of the house is another seating area with a large grill area (with pizza oven). There is a playground for children behind the house. Two cars can be parked on the site enclosed by a wall. The house is very comfortable and tastefully decorated. In all living rooms and bedrooms there is an air condition, a television set and emergency lighting, which, however, also glow at reduced intensity at night. As an orientation light in the bedrooms, however, it is a bit too bright and can be disturbing. The three bedrooms each have their own bathroom with shower. Only in the large bedroom on the ground floor there is a twin bed (2 x 100x200 cm). The other bedrooms have French beds (160x200 cm; continuous mattress). The kitchen is well equipped. There are many dishes - the dishwasher really makes sense. There is a washing machine as well as all consumables (tabs for washing machine+dishwasher, toilet paper, kitchen roll, etc.). If something was missing, the housekeeper or the administration took care of it in a short time. There is a fireplace in the living room and in the upper bedroom. WiFi in all rooms at good speed. The village is small, but 200m away there is an excellent tavern with very varied Cretan cuisine. In the small supermarket (400m away) you can get almost everything you need. A car with fresh bread drives past the house every day.
