Staff members were exceptionally professional and helpful. The lady who works the late-night shift until 11 PM was particularly friendly and helpful.

Our room was great, clean, great shower, comfortable bed and seats and a great view of the water. Good size room with space to move about without tripping over anything.

The room was large, the bed and pillows were comfortable. My husband loved the heated toilet seat 😆. The view from our room on the 10th floor out to sea was spectacular It was quiet Close to train station and Expo attractions

'Shilla' is one of the luxurious hotel chains in Korea, and totally this hotel met my expectation. All staff are very professional, locating was great as it is walking distance from KTX station (about 10-15mins). Great view from the room, clean, and comfy bed with decent selection of food at breakfast buffet. Everything was perfect, highly recommend.
