Beautifully decorated, well equipped. The front room was a little cold and as we were only staying 2 nights we didn't buy any logs for the fire. Otherwise, though v good.

The cottage has been beautifully done out, it's a cosy home from home in a fabulous location just off Yarm Highstreet. The host, Neil, was excellent, responding quickly to queries. I had zero problems during my stay and would highly recommend the cottage for anyone wanting to stay in central Yarm. The patio is a brucey bonus and can imagine it's a sun trap. The cottage was fully stocked, the bed comfy, and can control the temperature in the cottage. The house handbook was helpful and added extras like coffee and tea were a nice touch after a bit of a drive.
