Beautiful peaceful location, still close enough to town and beach. Amazing birdlife in the garden. Wonderfully comfortable beds. Well equipped kitchen:) Great to have the feeling of space, surrounded by nature

The Garden Cottage at The Olives is an absolute gem and the perfect getaway spot. From the moment I arrived, I was struck by how immaculately clean and well-maintained everything was. The beds are incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night’s sleep, and the cottage is equipped with all the amenities you could possibly need. The surroundings are stunning—lush greenery, beautifully kept grounds, and just a short walk from the beach. It’s a peaceful haven, offering total serenity and calm, which made it easy to relax and truly switch off. One of the highlights for me was star watching at night; the clear skies and quiet atmosphere made it a magical experience. Whether you're looking for a quiet retreat or a base near the beach, this place ticks every box. I genuinely didn’t want to leave. I’ll be coming back again without a doubt—this place is something truly special.

A beautiful estate with lovely gardens to walk around. The beds were comfortable and the breakfast provisions were a welcome surprise! The sunset looks gorgeous over the property. Loved the potting shed, even though we didn't go in!

Beautiful and tranquil location, felt like our own private oasis. Cottage was well presented and the location was handy to the beach and the local town.
