We had an absolutely lovely experience at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, everything was smooth and well-organized. The staff were incredibly helpful and attentive, always ready to assist. Breakfast offered a great selection and was fresh and delicious. One especially thoughtful moment was when our credit card went missing at their hotel, and the team not only found it but kindly shipped it back to us—they were truly helpful throughout the process. We’ll definitely be coming back!

I had an absolutely incredible stay at Yangshuo Sugar House. From the moment I arrived, everything was taken care of with such thoughtfulness and attention to detail. The hotel itself is stunning—beautifully designed with a perfect blend of luxury and nature, set in the serene landscapes of Yangshuo. What truly made the experience unforgettable was the outstanding service. A special thank you to Sarah at the reception, who went above and beyond to help with everything—from booking spa treatments to organizing a driver and a knowledgeable guide for exploring all the must-see destinations around Yangshuo. Her warm and professional assistance made everything so easy and enjoyable. Thanks to the staff’s impeccable support, I was able to fully enjoy all that Yangshuo has to offer, stress-free. I can't recommend this hotel enough and would love to return in the future. Thank you again to everyone, and especially to Sarah, for making my stay so special!

It‘s an incredible place.. location and architecture are breathtakingly beautiful. Even the new building where the rooms are, is an absolutely stunning and beautiful building inside.
