Wonderful place! We were sad to leave it. A fantastic position on the river, a homely feel with welcoming staff but also has comfortable rooms and decent food. Special mention to the reception staff who went above and beyond to arrange excursions and ensure we had what we needed. Serving staff were tremendously hard working also.

The property is exceptional in every way - its location is stunning, its exterior and interior are exceptionally well taken care of and the design of the place is exquisite. The staff of the hotel make the whole experience outstanding. They were really responsive and exceptionally helpful. We ended up having every meal at the hotel restaurant because we loved it so much.

The lodge is perfectly located—close to the water, yet tucked away from the main street, offering both convenience and peace. The staff were incredibly helpful, attentive, and genuinely caring throughout our stay. I have rarely experienced such outstanding service, even compared to many five-star hotels. The people were truly amazing, and the views were absolutely stunning. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
