Excellent place for a stop over. Very secure underground parking. Very clean. Brilliant restaurant next door called kamenite and took visa card. No breakfast but friendly staff sold coffee and pre packed croissants which was good!

A nice family hotel, very well situated on Graf Ignatiev Boulevard. The staff is very helpful and friendly and the rooms - superb and very clean. The city center with a lot of restaurants is nearby which is another advantage of the hotel.

On arrival I was greeted by Vanya, she was very friendly and spoke English. Then Petya, also spoke English and she went above and beyond to help me with directions and taxi bookings, even gave me a free coffee before I left. The guy on the night shift was ace, he also was multilingual and very helpful. All in all, the room had all the basic necessities and the best team I have ever encountered in budget friendly hotel. I will be booking again for every trip through Jambol and would 100% recommend to others. Best tip - wear your friendly smile and the team there will help you with anything they possibly can! 10 out of 10.
