I think we arrived late to check-in, it had been a big day of travel and it totally slipped my mind that we were meant to arrive by a certain time, but all the lovely man at reception said was "You're lucky last!". I'm so grateful for his good nature. We also left a drink bottle behind and had to return to collect it and the staff were also really great about this. The room itself was spotless, tastefully decorated and had everything we needed for a short stay.
