Please note that there is a 1.5% charge when you pay with a Visa or Mastercard credit card. During the pre check in process via our Guest Portal, you will be required to accept our Terms and Conditions as well as provide a valid credit card for incidentals. Our Terms and Conditions will be sent to you shortly after making your reservation which is included in your Confirmation Email.Your accommodation total is a bundled rate and is made up of two components: Accommodation Rate and Guest Services. Guest Services are provided by management and include: a departure clean, full linen including pool towels, high speed Wi-Fi, consumables and a Nespresso coffee machine and pods for the duration of your stay. If staying 7 nights or longer, you also receive a mid-stay service. The rate breakdown of these two components is itemised on your Confirmation Email, which you will receive shortly from The Sands Resort after making your reservation.Please note that this property does not have any policies, procedures or resources in place to accommodate the unique needs of school graduates during the annual ''Schoolies Week'' period.Please note that there is a 2.3% charge when you pay via AMEX.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. Location, the view, the rooms were lovely and spacious and nice linen. A lock up car park and the facilities of a pool and tennis court.

Liked it being self contained and spacious, plus we could hear the ocean. Nice and close to the beach and town while out of the way of the busyness of the town centre. Secure parking was good.

Proximity to the Pippys Beach; very spacious 2 brm apartment; very secure; super friendly helpful staff! Lovely pool and exceptionally clean attractive gardens and surrounds.
