Karina “Fabulous onsen and ryokan experience”

Stayed here one night for our kids to experience a real ryokan and it did not disappoint. Beautiful room with futons, onsen on the top floor. Included dinner and breakfast was fabulous. Staff very friendly and helpful. But the location in the town is the real experience - get into yukata and walk around in the evening trying the different public onsen. Really a bucket list experience for us. Highly recommend.

Traditional Japanese Ryokan in a lovely onsen village, the staff were very friendly and spoke English the room was very comfortable. The food was truly special (traditional Japanese) and looked beautiful,

Everything, it was a wonderful authentic experience. Great service, pick up from and to Yudanaka, as well as to the Snowmonkey Park. Lovely stuff, lovely traditional room. Very clean and quiet and respectful. Futons were very comfortable. Beautiful dinner and breakfast. In the middle of charming Shibu Onsen, perfect for onsen-hopping. We enjoyed it very much.

Modern yet traditional. Excellent meals with very attentive wait staff. Clean and relaxing rooftop onsen open all night. Lift provided to the monkey park.
