The reception staff (sorry I didn't get his name) was so friendly and helpful. The onsen and food were great. It was a truly relaxing stay for us.

Location. Facilities. Friendly staff. Size of room. We had a japanese style room, which was very big. Low doorways though.

A classic small hotel with an interesting interior, a buffet breakfast, a spacious room with tatami mats, and good internal with rotenburo onsen. However, if you plan to visit public, city onsen, this hotel does not offer this service.
