Close to the main Ichinose ski area, an extremely short level walk to ski out. Staff were lovely and so kind. They helped me ship my bag to the next hotel easily, it was a very smooth experience.

Fantastic staff and a very friendly, welcoming feeling. The decor is aging and in places a little worn out, but this didn't bother us. We were well looked after. They made a special effort to provide gluten-free meals each night. When I injured myself on the slopes they took me to the nearby clinic (luckily nothing serious). The public bath was great. the location requiring just a 50-100m walk (or ski somedays) to the slopes was fantastic.

Close to ski slopes and bus terms, large spacious room including configuration of private bathroom (separate washbasin and toilet from shower meant multiple users can use at once), excellent customer service and onsen.
