Great location with a short walk to the ski lifts. Staff for very friendly, helpful and courteous, some of the front desk staff had excellent English. The room was clean, large and comfortable. Onsens very hot:) Food was delicious

Great location, 4 onsens that we visited every day, spacious rooms, great breakfasts and dinners. Ski slopes in a walking distance.

Great hospitality. The front desk staff/ owner were excellent. They used the translator app with great success. 2 Onsens in the Hotel plus one outdoor Onsen .You can't beat that! Traditional Japanese cuisine!
