The fine print
From December through March, an additional heating fee will be assessed in addition to the stated price.The women's and men's baths are switched around daily each time after breakfast and dinner. Guests are able to enjoy both baths if they wish.Pick up service is available only from 15:00 - 17:00. An authentic onsen experience in a traditional Ryokan. Both traditional dinner and breakfast were awesome. The old owner was super helpful and can speak a decent English. She drove me to the monkey park and back to the train station.. The onsen was small but functional and relaxing. The village is traditional and really beautiful. It is worth to make s tour around the riokan.

The owner was kind & generous. She gave us two packets of crackers for our trip to Hakuba. She welcome us with hot yummy food though we were half an hour late for check in.

This was the best ryokan we have ever stayed at. The host was so nice and the food was AMAZING! The room was huge and very authentic. Lovely timber finishes and fantastic onsen!
