The fine print
From December through March, an additional heating fee will be assessed in addition to the stated price.The women's and men's baths are switched around daily each time after breakfast and dinner. Guests are able to enjoy both baths if they wish.Pick up service is available only from 15:00 - 17:00. Very kind grandma taking care of you, serving food, making coffee and taking you to the train station. Dinner is amazing. Bamboo from high mountain and steak from cow that was fed by apple! Onsen is clean.

Amazing service: even though the staff did not speak much English, they went out of their way to make us feel welcome and comfortable. The food was incredible, too.

The food was superb for both dinner and breakfast. They served dinner in your room, and I felt thoroughly pampered! The host was so welcoming, she explained everything about the neighborhood and had recommendations for how to spend my evening and morning. I felt really cared for during my one night stay!
