Welcoming and helpful staff on the front desk; professional but friendly approach. My room was very well designed; modern but still with traditional elements. Attached Onsen was spacious and hot; and included a sauna and an outdoor bath. Close to many places to eat and a Lawsons. The price for 3 nights, with buffet breakfasts, was very affordable.
